Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to create a video?
Most tributes are ready in 8–20 minutes. You can close the tab after checkout — we'll email the finished video and your memorial page link as soon as it's ready. Busy days may push this to 30 minutes, never longer.
What if I don't have many photos?
A single clear photo is enough to start. We find that 2–3 photos from different angles give us more to work with, but we've made beautiful tributes from just one.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes — every tribute includes one free re-roll. If the first video doesn't feel right, we'll create another version using the same scene.
What's your refund policy?
If we can't deliver a finished video for any reason, we refund in full — automatically, within 24 hours. Because each video is uniquely generated, we don't issue refunds once you've approved delivery.
Is my data private?
Your photos are never shared or used to train any AI model. The memorial page is private by default — only people with the link can view it. To permanently delete everything we have on file, sign in to your account and choose Delete my account and data — it's immediate.
