How we use your photos

Your photos are used solely to generate your tribute video and populate your memorial page. They are never shared with third parties, sold, or used to train any AI model.

How long we keep your data

Your data — including photos and memorial content — is kept for as long as your memorial exists. There is no automatic deletion. To remove everything we have on file, sign in to your account and choose "Delete my account and data" — it's immediate.

Service providers we use

To deliver your tribute, we rely on a small set of third-party processors:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Card data never reaches us.

Each processor receives only the minimum data they need to perform their role. None of them receive your photos.
