What OnceMore provides

OnceMore creates AI-generated memorial videos from the photos you upload of your pet. The model takes your pet's likeness as input and produces a short, original animation in the scene you choose — so the tribute is your pet, not a stock animal. We also create a permanent memorial page that holds your video, your pet's name, and the photos you uploaded.

These terms govern your use of OnceMore at oncemore.pet. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pricing and payment

Each tribute is $14.99 USD, paid once. The price includes one AI-generated memorial video, a permanent memorial page, and one free re-roll if the first video doesn't feel right. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

AI-generated content

Videos are synthesized from your photos by a generative model; they are not real footage of your pet. We use this framing intentionally: a tribute is a way to remember, not to bring back. We do not use language like "alive again" or "resurrected" in our copy.

The model produces fresh output for each order. Two tributes for the same pet, generated minutes apart, will differ. This is by design — each tribute is its own moment.

Refund policy

If we cannot deliver a finished video for any reason — technical failure, model error, anything on our side — we issue a full refund automatically, within 24 hours. You don't need to ask.

Because each video is uniquely generated and delivered as a finished tribute, we do not issue refunds once you have accepted delivery. If you're not happy with your first video, use your free re-roll — we'll generate another version for you, same scene, same memory.

Ownership of your tribute

You own your tribute video and your memorial page. You may share them, download them, embed them, and keep them as long as you like.

OnceMore retains a non-exclusive right to store and serve your video and photos solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not feature your tribute publicly, in marketing, or anywhere else without your explicit written permission.

Acceptable use

Photos you upload must be photos of your pet, or photos you have a clear right to use. Please do not upload photos of other people's pets without permission, photos of human faces, or images that include third-party copyrighted material.

The service is for memorial tributes. It is not for satire, harassment, deepfakes of public figures, or any content meant to deceive. Orders that violate this will be refunded and refused.

Privacy and data

Your photos are used solely to generate your tribute and populate your memorial page. They are never shared, sold, or used to train any AI model. Memorial pages are private by default; only people with the link can view them. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Memorial page lifecycle

Your memorial page is permanent — we host it for as long as OnceMore exists, at no extra cost. You can permanently remove it any time: sign in to your account and choose Delete my account and data — removal is immediate.

Limitation of liability

OnceMore provides tributes on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any particular tribute will resemble your pet exactly, that you will find a specific tribute meaningful, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything through our contact form. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. All updates are published on this page, and the latest version you see here is the one that governs your use of the service. Please check back from time to time.
